Gerard Colla
Gerard Colla has helped many organisations to implement their company-wide change programs. These programs have focused on change in both the performance and culture of the organisation. Gerard’s skills lie in strategic and business planning, process improvement and culture (people) change. His clients have included the Department of Defence, Telstra, Ericsson, BHP Superannuation, IT and HR Services, Gerrard Strapping, Asea Brown Boveri, ANZ Procurement, Australian Customs, Gribbles Pathology, and a number of municipal councils and other private companies. Gerard’s international work includes helping the Government of the Solomon Islands implement their Public Sector Reform Programme and assisting the Government of Vanuatu improve service delivery in the Health, Education and Agriculture departments. He is currently working for the Government of Papua New Guinea to implement their change program that is focused on the improvement of government services to provincial areas. Prior to ACIG, Gerard worked as a Senior Management Consultant with an international consultancy and has also held line positions in manufacturing companies in the textile, chemical and plastics industries.

Bryn Campbell
Bryn Campbell has worked with numerous organisations in finance, process redesign, computer systems and costing. Bryn is responsible for integrating Activity Based Management into our Continuous Improvement programmes. Bryn’s recent clients include the City of Melbourne, Victorian Department of Justice, Medibank Private, SICPA, Victorian Treasury, Gribbles Pathology, the Department of Human Services and a number of local governments. His international assignments include Strengthening the Project Performance Management System in Nepal and Fiji and Enhancing Municipal Service Delivery Capability in ten Asian cities. He is the co-author, with Euan Lockie, of the Continuous Improvement and Benchmarking Toolkit for local government, published by the Asian Development Bank Institute and which is being rolled out throughout Asia.

Euan Lockie
Euan Lockie has assisted numerous organisations in private enterprise and government implement continuous improvement and quality management, focusing on benchmarking and service process improvement. Euan led the international benchmarking and continuous improvement project for the Asian Development Bank to enhance service delivery in ten Asian cities. He has salso conducted assignments helping the Vanuatu Government improve service delivery in health and education, and the Papua New Guinea government to improve frontline service delivery. Euan has assisted the Asian Development Bank in developing its action plan to implement the Governance and Anti-corruption Policies and in training staff on the Project Performance Management System (PPMS). He has recently been assisting the government of the Peoples Republic of China to implement a Results-Based Monitoring and Evaluaiton System for National Key Projects. Euan wrote the benchmarking handbook "Benchmarking for Local Government - A Practical Guide" on behalf of the Australian Government and led the project on which it was based. Other assignments include an international benchmarking study for the Australasian Registries of Births, Deaths and Marriages. He is the co-author, with Bryn Campbell, of the Continuous Improvement and Benchmarking Toolkit for local government, published by the Asian Development Bank Institute. Euan has assisted clients achieve certification to QS9000 and ISO 9000.

Rachel Powning
Rachel Powning has extensive experience in project management, team facilitation, training and project evaluation. Rachel also has a strong interest in community development, and public sector capacity development. A key focus of Rachel’s career has been to develop approaches and structures to enable organisations to improve effectiveness and achieve targeted outcomes. Rachel has consulted to and worked in state and local governments and community organisations, both in Australia and overseas.

Harry Kornaros
Harry Kornaros specializes in costing, planning and financial management. His recent clients include the Department of Justice and RSPCA Victoria. Prior to ACIG, Harry assisted numerous organizations in small business with their financial management, in his role running his own tax and business services advisory firm. Harry has worked as an accountant with PwC and several other accounting firms. He is a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants.

Michelle Scott Tucker
Michelle Scott Tucker is renowned for her pragmatic and practical approach. Her excellent conceptual and analytical skills – combined with strong interpersonal skills – ensure that she consistently delivers outstanding results.
For the Victorian Department of Human Services, for example, Michelle successfully delivered a feasibility study which examined streamlining ambulance arrivals at hospital emergency departments. The assignment was a major consultative exercise involving competing stakeholders, complex modelling, business process re-engineering and a substantial (and fully accepted) final report.
Michelle also brings over twelve years experience as a policy analyst and senior manager within the Australian Public Service. She has represented the Australian Government on international committees; developed, implemented and reviewed policies and programs; undertaken substantial consultation exercises; let and managed large tenders; and prepared numerous legislative, policy and cabinet papers.
A highly professional manager and excellent communicator, Michelle is able to present complex issues in a clear and concise manner, producing documents that are at once accurate and readable. In fact Michelle is a published writer and an experienced researcher and has undertaken and managed several important research projects for the Australian Government.

Ken Conolan
Ken Conolan helps organisations implement management systems and achieve certification. He specialises in quality, safety and environment systems management and certification. Prior to joining ACIG, Ken held senior positions in business and government, including Aerospace Technologies of Australia, Director-General of Defence Quality Assurance and Director-General of Air Force Quality Assurance. Ken has been Chairman of the Technical Advisory Council of JAS-ANZ (Joint Accreditation System of Australia and New Zealand) and Chairman of the Auditor Certification Review Board - Quality Society of Australasia. He is Chairman of the Technical Council of the Quality Society of Australasia and a member and Director of the Council Board of the Quality Society of Australasia. Ken is an Endorsed Adviser of the Australian Quality Council and a member of the Australian Maintenance Excellence Awards Committee, which is operated by The Strategic Industry Research Foundation
