Lean in Government provides a uniquely designed government only forum for reducing expenditure, engaging staff, improving business processes and delivering practical and sustained improvements. Integrating lean principles into your workplace or project will provide you with more time to perform tasks with greater efficiency.
Government agencies work within a dynamic, rapidly changing environment. Demands from stakeholders are constant and outputs are under keen scrutiny. In this context, process efficiency is crucial.

Course content is designed to be relevant and practical – agency simulations, lean toolkits and a practical, tailored lean implementation plan for every participant.
Course facilitators have more combined experience of more than 60 years in implementing lean thinking and results in government.
After presenting to the majority of public agencies in Victoria and New South Wales, the Lean in Government Series has been developed for South Australia. First event is being held at September 2nd.
