Gerard Colla

Gerard Colla is the Managing Director of ACIG and was also one of the company’s original founders.

A very experienced and highly regarded consultant, he brings to every assignment his practical experience of implementing performance improvement strategies across a wide range of businesses and sectors.

Gerard also lectures in strategic leadership at RMIT in the Masters of Engineering and Masters of Quality Management courses.

Euan Lockie

Euan Lockie is a founding director of ACIG with over thirty-five years experience as a consultant and senior manager.

He has extensive experience in working with the local and state government sectors, and has assisted many clients to implement continuous improvement and quality management, focusing on benchmarking and service process improvement.

Euan is an experienced improvement facilitator, trainer and evaluator and is well-known for his performance measurement expertise and publications.

Michelle Scott Tucker

Michelle Scott Tucker specialises in delivering services to our government clients.

Michelle is renowned for her pragmatic and practical approach. Her excellent conceptual and analytical skills – combined with strong interpersonal skills – ensure that she consistently delivers outstanding results. A professional and published writer, Michelle also brings over twelve years experience as a policy analyst and senior manager within the Australian Public Service.

Dr Jason Kaminski

Dr Jason Kaminski has more than ten years of multi-sector consulting experience focussing on service, process and systems design and implementation.

Jason’s work has normally been carried out in the context of organisational transformation and improvement initiatives that involve major change to services, processes, information systems and/or management practices.  Jason’s experience includes projects in many sectors (including resources and mining, environmental services, social services, health, government, utilities, professional services) for small-medium as well as large global organisations. His most recent projects have been conducted in Australia, New Zealand, Hong Kong and Singapore.

Martijn Schroder

Martijn has a track record in ICT strategy, governance and service management improvement across many sectors in the market. He has a proven ability to analyse complex business environments and clearly articulate their characteristics, often leading to new insights on which strategy and improvements are built.

Samantha Comte

Samantha Comte is ACIG’s arts sector specialist.

Samantha is a very experienced arts administrator and manager. Her breadth of experience is matched by the depth of her skills of analysis, consultation, writing and assessment. She is currently very much in demand as an independent consultant, curator, writer, funding panellist member and lecturer.

Tom Dale

Tom is an experienced senior manager, adviser and consultant with a particular focus on the public sector, regulation and international issues. He was formerly a Branch Head within the Australian Public Service, as well as a Ministerial Advisor.

Tom has strong analytical skills and the ability to communicate in a direct and practical way with government, business and community groups.

Bryn Campbell

Bryn Campbell is an accountant who has over thirty years experience in working with local government organisations to improve performance.

Bryn is an expert in advising on systems that assist in the planning and monitoring of performance, including the dimensions of cost, quality, response times and customer satisfaction. Bryn has carried out many projects for government agencies at local, state and federal levels and internationally, including program evaluations, best value reviews and benchmarking studies.

John McIntosh

John McIntosh is a highly experienced consultant in the field of supply chain management and sustainable continuous improvement.

He has conducted quality system implementations and restructuring for a variety of companies. John is also a skilled ontological coach and a member of the evaluation team for the Australian Business Excellence Awards. John has held senior management positions for a large corporate both in Australia and offshore.

Paula Rashio

Paula Rashio is an experienced trainer and training consultant.

She specialises in organisational and training development, operational leadership and the implementation of complex change management programs.

Ken Conolan

Ken Conolan helps organisations implement management systems and achieve certification. He specialises in quality, safety and environment systems management and certification.

Ken has been Chairman of the Technical Advisory Council of JAS-ANZ (Joint Accreditation System of Australia and New Zealand) and Chairman of the Auditor Certification Review Board – Quality Society of Australasia. He is Chairman of the Technical Council of the Quality Society of Australasia and a member and Director of the Council Board of the Quality Society of Australasia. Ken is an Endorsed Adviser of the Australian Quality Council and a member of the Australian Maintenance Excellence Awards Committee, which is operated by The Strategic Industry Research Foundation

Martin Schembri

Martin Schembri is an accredited trainer with extensive experience in training and facilitation of programs such as Lean Thinking, 5S, Improved Changeover, Visual Management, Mistake Proofing and Continuous Improvement. Martin has over 20 years experience in the training and development field.
